An international manufacturing company in the automotive industry, actively expanding its operations and continuously growing. Currently in the process of expanding their production facility.
Opis stanowiska
As a key liaison between HQ Procurement and plant procurement, you will:
- Collaborate with HQ SQM to plan and execute regular environmental and sustainability audits at supplier facilities, both in-person and virtually.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier sustainability initiatives, identifying critical suppliers and potential risks.
- Implement and manage a supplier CSR risk management process.
- Develop a software-based solution to enhance supply chain monitoring.
- Foster improved communication and transparency with suppliers.
- Deliver supplier sustainability KPIs and integrate them into supplier ratings in coordination with the Supplier Development team.
- Support the development and execution of supplier search and selection strategies.
- Conduct supplier tracking via conference calls or on-site support, depending on the escalation level.
Profil kandydata
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in international business or working within a global company.
- Proven experience in sustainability, supply chain management, procurement, logistics, and/or supplier development, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
- Knowledge of sustainability standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, CSR, IATF 16949) and conflict materials requirements (e.g., PFAS, REACH).
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English; proficiency in German is a plus.
- Professional and effective communication skills for interacting with suppliers and customers.
- Willingness to travel internationally and a strong motivation to contribute to a more sustainable world.
